Your password and account recovery

Your password protects access to your HyperMine account. Use one you do not share with other websites or servers and never give it to anyone. Your HyperMine password is separate from your Microsoft or Discord password.

🔑 Changing my password

On the website, open Security, choose to change your password and follow the on-screen checks. If you have two-factor authentication, it may ask for its code.

In the game, you can also use /changePassword CLAVE_ACTUAL CLAVE_NUEVA. Replace the example placeholders with your current and new passwords, and never type the command without the initial /.

🔑 I am premium and have always joined without a password

If your account was registered automatically when you joined as premium, you may never have created a HyperMine password. To create one on the server, use /setpassword CLAVE_NUEVA, following the requirements shown by the command.

If you previously used a password and later enabled premium mode, your account keeps that password. Automatic access does not turn your Microsoft password into your HyperMine password.

The sign-in page may also offer Microsoft sign-in when applicable to your account. Follow only the process on the official website.

🔑 I forgot my password

1. Open Password recovery.
2. Enter the details requested on screen.
3. If you have a linked email, check your inbox and spam folder.
4. Follow the recovery link and choose a new password.

Lost access? Open the account recovery form. You do not need to sign in or create another account: verify an email you can access and provide evidence. An administrator will review the case and reply by email. Discord is for the community; we do not handle support questions or account recovery there.

💡 I have access: what should I check?

In Security, check your email and available protection methods. A linked, verified email helps you manage access; do not enter an email belonging to someone you do not know.

Enable two-factor authentication if you can keep its app and recovery methods safe. If you are underage and unsure how to do this, ask a trusted adult for help.

💡 I think someone accessed my account

Visit Support: that is where we handle questions, reports and appeals. Personal cases require sign-in. If you have lost access, use the account recovery form, available without signing in. We do not provide support through Discord.
