🧑 Step 1: choose your player

Search your nickname and select the account you want to recover. Check the name carefully. If you arrive from “I forgot my password” and have no linked email, we bring you here with that player selected. You can change it if you made a mistake.

✉️ Step 2: an email you can open

Enter an email you can access. It can be new and does not need to match the email previously linked to the account. You will receive an 8-digit code, valid for 15 minutes. Check spam too. Verifying this email only lets us contact you; it does not prove the account is yours.

💡 Step 3: tell us what happened

With the correct player selected, explain what happened. You can include former names, approximate dates when you played, purchase references or old screenshots. Explain why each item helps identify you as the owner. You must attach at least one image or video that helps show the account is yours. The picker shows previews, lets you remove files and displays supported formats and limits. You will see progress while uploading; wait for it to finish before closing the page.

💡 Step 4: an administrator reviews your case

Your request opens a private Accounts ticket, visible only to administrators and above. It does not create another account. An administrator will review the evidence; submitting the form does not guarantee approval. Replies arrive at the email you verified. The private link in the email lets you return to the case and reply without signing in. Do not share it.

💡 If recovery is approved

You will receive a decision with a link valid for 48 hours. Open it, enter the email you want to link, verify the code sent to that email and choose a new password of 8 to 16 characters. You can link an email even if you did not have one before. The change replaces any previous linked email.

The link can complete recovery only once. When you finish, previous web sessions and passkeys stop working. If the team also approved resetting your lost 2FA, you can set it up again afterwards; otherwise it stays enabled. Return to Sign in and check your security.

🧩 If something goes wrong

If a code expires, request another. If you reach the attempt limit, wait before trying again. If the account changes during review, another check may be needed. If your request is not approved, read the explanation sent by email. Do not open several requests for the same case to speed up a reply.

We do not handle account recovery or support questions on Discord. You can open the support homepage and this form without signing in.
