🎮 How do I register?

Start by joining mc.hypermine.net from Minecraft. Follow the registration or sign-in prompt in the game: some accounts sign in automatically and others need a password. Do not create a separate web account with another nickname. Then open Sign in, enter your nickname and choose one of the methods shown. Your first steps includes a visual example.

🧩 I cannot join the server

Check mc.hypermine.net and, on Bedrock, port 19132. Check your version is compatible with the game mode. Copy the full connection notice: not every error means you have been sanctioned.

Lost access? Open the account recovery form. You do not need to sign in or create another account: verify an email you can access and provide evidence. An administrator will review the case and reply by email. Discord is for the community; we do not handle support questions or account recovery there.

💡 How can I become staff or a helper?

Open Applications to check current vacancies and requirements. Review minimum age, activity and conditions for the team you want to join. To submit an application, sign in and complete the relevant form.

You do not need to buy a rank to read the requirements. False information or repeated applications will not help you get accepted.

🛍️ How do I ask for help with a purchase?

First check My purchases and Payments and top-ups. Then open a support question with the reference, date and explanation.

Do not pay again to try to fix a pending delivery before checking its status.

⚖️ I disagree with a sanction

Open My appeals and explain why you want a review. Include evidence if you have it. An appeal does not automatically remove a sanction; wait for the reply in your case and do not use another account to evade it.

🎨 I bought a tag but it is missing beside my name

Buying adds the tag to your collection but does not equip it automatically. Open /tags, go to My tags and select it. Read Tags to learn about colors and versions.

🤝 Are clans and guilds the same?

No. A clan is a player group; a guild is your personal Survival progression stage. Read Clans and Survival guilds.

🪙 I have HyperCoins but cannot advance my guild

Guild progression uses Survival Reales. HyperCoins are a different balance. Check the next guild's price with /gremios and read Jobs to learn to earn Reales through valid activity.
