HyperMineHyperCoins, top-ups and transactions
HyperCoins are your account balance for store purchases and other HyperMine features. Survival Reales are a different currency used within that game mode. Having Reales does not mean you have the same number of HyperCoins.
🪙 Checking your balance and topping up
Sign in to the store. To add funds, open Top up HyperCoins, choose a package and check the final price before paying.
A top-up adds HyperCoins when payment is confirmed. If there are discounts, check the promotion's conditions and final payment summary. Do not buy from other players or send payment details through private messages.
💡 Where can I see what I spent?
- My purchases shows products and HyperCoin movements, including in-game purchases.
- Payments and top-ups shows real-money charges and top-ups.
- My subscriptions shows recurring plans and their dates.
A HyperCoin deposit into a clan treasury is listed as a HyperCoin movement identified with that clan. It is not a real-money top-up.
📅 One-off purchase, subscription and automatic top-up
These are three separate decisions:

| One-off purchase | You pay for a product once. Its duration is the one stated on the product. |
| HyperCoin subscription | HyperCoins are deducted at the stated intervals while the plan is active and can renew. |
| Automatic top-up | It has its own charging conditions for adding HyperCoins. Review them before accepting. |
The website may recommend an automatic top-up to help keep enough funds for a subscription. Having enough for the first payment does not mean you have enough for every later payment.
Canceling a product's renewal and canceling an automatic top-up are separate actions. Check both on the management pages your account indicates; do not assume canceling one cancels the other.
💡 I topped up to complete a basket
If you started complete this purchase from the basket, payment may be linked to a pending purchase. Once confirmed, the website will try to complete it under its authorization and current conditions. Check the result.
If you topped up separately, return to your basket to confirm what you want to buy. Do not assume adding funds buys everything you have saved.
🪙 A charge or delivery is missing
Check payment and purchase status before paying again. Open a support question with the date, reference and explanation. Attach receipts only in your case and hide card details or other unnecessary information.
