Buying and gifting from the website or the game

The HyperMine store and /hypershop share the products available to buy in the game. Conditions, quantities, duration and destination are shown before you confirm.

🛍️ Buying from the game

1. Open /hypershop or /buy.
2. Choose the category and product. HyperCoins are topped up on the website; you do not buy them as a product in this menu.
3. If the product has options, choose the duration or quantity offered.
4. On the confirmation screen, check the item and recipient.
5. Press Confirm. The menu tells you whether you can finish using your balance or need to continue on the website.

The game menu prepares a direct purchase of one product. To put several products in a basket, use the web store.

The item on the confirmation screen also lets you open its web page. When you request the link, the menu closes so you can use the chat message.

🪙 What if I do not have enough HyperCoins?

The game tells you the balance is insufficient and offers a link to continue on the website. That link retrieves a basket containing your chosen product and options. Sign in with your account and wait for the basket to finish loading.

If you already had a different web basket, choose which one to continue with. Check your choice: the basket shown at the end is the one you will complete.

The website shows the shortfall and the normal top-up options. You do not need to find the product again. You should not add HyperCoins by hand or change the link either.

When the website leaves a pending purchase linked to a top-up and you confirm that process, after payment completes it will try to finish that purchase if its conditions still hold. A separate top-up does not buy any basket you happen to have open. Always check the final screen and My purchases.

🛍️ Buying from the website

Browse categories without signing in. To prepare payment, sign in, choose the product and review your basket. The final information shows the price, applicable discount, quantities and delivery.

If you choose a subscription or a purchase that needs a web step, follow the on-screen notices. A link to continue does not mean the product has already been purchased.

🎁 Giving a gift

In the game, press the gift head on the confirmation screen, type the nickname when chat asks and wait for the menu to reopen. The gift shows the selected name. Press it again to change the recipient.

You cannot select yourself as the recipient of a gift. If the player does not accept gifts or already owns the tag you are trying to give, you will be notified and that gift will not go through. Selecting a nickname does not charge the purchase: you still need to confirm.

On the website, use the product or basket gift options and check the recipient before paying. Do not enter a chat display nickname when the account nickname is required.

🛍️ Checking a purchase

Visit My purchases. For real-money top-ups or charges, check Payments and top-ups. If there is an error, do not pay again before checking its status: open a question with the purchase reference.
