Ranks, duration and renewals

A store rank is an account upgrade with the conditions stated on its package. It is different from a Survival guild or a clan. Before buying, open the product and compare its options.

💡 Choosing a duration

A rank package shows the available durations or plans and their HyperCoin prices. A temporary plan lasts for the period shown; a permanent one does not need renewal. A recurring option must be identified as a subscription.

Do not choose based only on the first amount: check the duration, whether there will be another charge and when it will happen. In the game, open a rank in /hypershop to see its options; you can also open it on the website from confirmation.

🪙 What is the signup fee?

The signup fee is an initial amount some plans add when starting. It is separate from the price charged each month. Confirmation must show its amount when it applies.

For example, if confirmation shows 200 HyperCoins per month and 100 HyperCoins signup fee, the first payment is 300 HyperCoins before any other stated adjustments. Monthly renewal is 200 HyperCoins. This is an example to explain the calculation; your confirmation shows the real price.

If the plan has no signup fee, do not add one yourself. For a plan change, review that operation's calculation: it may have different adjustments from an initial purchase.

💡 Changing plans or upgrading a rank

Open the rank or your subscription management and choose an available change. Where applicable, the system values unused time and deducts it from the new operation. That discount is different from a refund of freely spendable balance and does not apply to any unrelated product.

Review the summary: it may show remaining-time credit, a price difference, an applicable fee and the date the change takes effect. If you already own a permanent option, do not assume buying a temporary one replaces it in the same way.

💡 Viewing and canceling a renewal

1. Open My subscriptions.
2. Find the product and check its status, renewal date and cost.
3. If you do not want another charge, use the page's cancel-renewal option.
4. Read the confirmation and check the new status.

Canceling the next renewal is different from requesting a refund or immediately removing the whole paid period. The plan's date and status show how long it remains valid.

💡 A date or cost does not look right

Do not confirm another purchase just to test. Check My purchases and My subscriptions, then send a question with the reference and what the screen shows.
