HyperMine📖 Rules
📜 1. General rules
1. Hacks, resource packs, cheats or mods that give a significant advantage over other players are forbidden. Only the clients and mods approved here may be used.
➥ 1.1 Recording during a screen share check (SS) is strictly forbidden.
➥ 1.2 Disconnecting during an SS is forbidden. Doing so will result in a sanction for evading the check.
➥ 1.3 Refusing an SS by staff results in an evasion sanction. Keeping the community free of cheaters requires players' cooperation.
➥ 1.4 Do not alter your recycle bin or remove a USB device before an SS; this is sanctionable.
2. Impersonating staff and inappropriate use of /nick, such as insulting or impersonating someone, are forbidden.
3. VPNs and similar services that change your real IP address are not allowed.
4. Do not deceive a staff member about server matters. This results in a permanent IP ban.
5. Advertising services outside HyperGamers is forbidden, including:
➥ 5.1 Discord servers other than HyperGamers servers.
➥ 5.2 Social media links, except Media or Partner members authorized to link their own social accounts.
➥ 5.3 Other servers or websites not owned by HyperGamers.
6. Mentioning other servers is forbidden even without advertising intent.
7. Flooding is forbidden: repeatedly resending a message or unnecessarily extending its letters, for example a very long hello.
8. Inappropriate skins or nicknames are forbidden, such as a Hitler skin.
9. Using /helpop or support for anything other than asking for help or reporting a player is forbidden. Misuse makes the team's work harder.
10. You are responsible for your account. Sharing it remains your responsibility. We are not responsible if another user gains access, unless the account's password is changed, which is considered account theft.
➥ 10.1 Lost access? Open the account recovery form. You do not need to sign in or create another account: verify an email you can access and provide evidence. An administrator will review the case and reply by email. Discord is for the community; we do not handle support questions or account recovery there.
➥ 10.2 A sanction caused by a relative, friend or anyone you lent the account to will not be removed.
➥ 10.3 Connecting more than 1 account simultaneously for AFK farming or another advantage from multiple accounts is forbidden.
➥ A relative or friend playing with you on another laptop or PC is allowed.
11. Any kind of discrimination against any user is forbidden.
12. Sexual, erotic or violent content is forbidden, as are offensive, racist, fascist or communist comments.
13. Toxicity and stirring up chat with unsuitable comments are forbidden, whether during an event or in another mode. This includes disrespect or questioning an established rule to disrupt chat, and defying a superior's instruction or rule after being warned. Arguing or fighting with another user anywhere in HyperMine, even without insults, results in sanctions for inappropriate chat use for those involved.
14. Never exploit or participate in any server or Minecraft bug or error, and do not spread it in public channels. The sanction may be a permanent server block.
➥ 14.1 If you know someone is exploiting a bug and do not report it, you will receive the same sanction as that player.
15. Using other accounts to evade sanctions is forbidden. The additional account will be banned and any temporary ban on the main account becomes permanent.
16. Only Spanish and English are allowed for communication on the server.
17. Account trading is not allowed: you cannot sell, give away or trade a server account. Its only owner is the person who created it.
📜 2. Survival rules
18. Griefing in the normal world is forbidden.
➥ 18.1 Gathering resources is fine; griefing is not.
➥ 18.2 Making huge, ugly mountains of lava, water, stone or similar to damage the world is forbidden.
➥ 18.3 TNT is allowed in the NORMAL world only in these two cases:
- You are underground and do not damage the world's surface 🌎.
- You are removing your own base 🏠.
19. Teleport killing, or tpakill, is forbidden.
➥ 19.1 If someone sends you a teleport request and kills you, or you send one and kill them, it is tpakill.
➥ 19.2 The reverse also applies: killing someone who sends you a teleport request counts as tpakill.
20. Selling fake items, including misleadingly renamed ones, is forbidden.
21. Possessing or selling items that cannot be obtained through vanilla gameplay is forbidden.
➥ 21.1 If you purchased a villager spawner, for example, in our official store, you may own it. Without that purchase, possessing that item is illegal under the rules.
➥ 21.2 Items bought in our store with custom enchantments such as Efficiency VI or non-vanilla spawners cannot be resold. The buyer is the only owner and the only person who may possess them.
📜 3. KnockBack rules
22. Teaming, meaning 2 or more players joining forces to attack others, is forbidden. This is an individual game mode.
