📋 Your history and appeals

Your history lets you review sanctions on your own account. Viewing it does not add a new sanction or remove one. You do not need a paid rank to open your history. 🔎

🎮 View it in the game

Type /historial, without adding another person's username.
Choose the sanction type to review and navigate through pages if needed.
Hover over an entry to read its reason, date, duration and status. A removed sanction may remain in history with the corresponding status.
If the entry allows an appeal, select it: the menu closes and you receive a chat link to continue on the website.

History does not let you freely view other players' private cases. Closing the menu does not make a permanent sanction temporary.

⚖️ Request a review

Open the link or go to My appeals with your account. Read the selected sanction, explain what happened and attach useful evidence if available. Do not paste passwords, login codes or bank details.

An appeal asks the team to review a sanction. It does not remove it automatically or guarantee acceptance. Continue following it while it is reviewed; using another account to evade it is forbidden.

🧭 Choose the right type of case

Appeal: you disagree with a sanction on your account.
Report: you want to report another player's behavior.
Question: you need help understanding a feature or an account problem.

You can read guides without signing in, but personal cases require identification. If a sanction prevents you joining the game, you can use the website with your account's available login methods. If you lost your credentials, read account recovery.

On Support, Contact support lets you choose a case type and My cases leads to your questions, reports or appeals. Discord is for the community: sanctions and support questions are not handled there.
